First of all, the brewing water temperature of green tea is generally between 80-90°C. If the water temperature is too high, the tea will be scalded, which will affect the taste and nutritional value of the tea; If the water temperature is too low, it is difficult for the active ingredients in the tea to be fully dissolved, and the tea aroma will be insufficient. Therefore, in order to fully extract the nutrients such as tea polyphenols and amino acids in green tea, and at the same time ensure the fresh and tender taste of the tea, it is recommended to boil the water for a period of time, and wait for the water temperature to drop to 80-90 °C before brewing tea.

Secondly, The raw materials of tea are relatively tender, so in order not to make the tea hot, the opening time can be shortened to 10-15 seconds. Like popular green tea, such as pearl tea, eyebrow tea, etc., the tea leaves are more resistant to brewing and can be appropriately extended to 15-20 seconds. However, whether it is high-grade green tea or popular green tea, the brewing time of green tea should not exceed 2 minutes to prevent the tea from being damaged by over-steeping.
